Nikki Pancho is a dedicated community leader and passionate activist, whose entrepreneurial spirit was cultivated during her upbringing in Prince George's County. Drawing inspiration from her summers spent in Georgia with her family, where her grandfather and uncle ran their own businesses, Nikki knew from a young age that she would follow in their footsteps.

After attending Howard University, Nikki's life took a turn with her divorce, leading her to work multiple jobs to provide for her children and ensure they had access to quality education and a safe neighborhood. Despite the challenges, she persevered and completed her Business Administration degree at the University of Phoenix, determined to fulfill her dreams of entrepreneurship.

Her commitment to her children's future is evident in their successes; her daughter attended Bethune Cookman University, while her son excelled in football at Morgan State University. Throughout the years, Nikki remained focused on her goal of starting her own business, driven by her desire to make a positive impact on her community.

Actively engaged in College Park, Maryland, Nikki serves on two committees and is a board member, dedicating her time to initiatives such as feeding the homeless and seniors during Thanksgiving, collecting toys and coats for underserved children during Christmas, and coaching basketball for over 20 years.

In her latest endeavor, Nikki founded Sélice Consulting, a firm dedicated to giving back to the community. Through Sélice Consulting, Nikki has developed a workforce development program aimed at providing professional development and job placement opportunities for individuals in need. Additionally, the company is committed to helping businesses, both new and established, adopt sustainable practices through the utilization of technology and cloud-based services.

With Sélice Consulting, Nikki aims to empower others to bring their ideas to life while fostering a more sustainable and prosperous future for her community and beyond.
